On its own 800sqm fenced property, the guests of the villa have a saltwater pool of 48sqm with sun loungers and parasols, barbecue and dining table with chairs for outdoor dining. Two private parking spaces are located outside the property, directly in front of the house.The famous restaurant-tavern is nearby and several supermarkets are cca 4km away.
