The Apartment
What kind of apartment in Barcelona do you imagine when you are planning to come over? Spacious, unique, cozy, in the heart of the city. Our new accommodation in Barcelona has it all.
We will be pleased to welcome you at our Eixample Unique, an incredible 220 square meters modernist apartment situated next to the University of Barcelona, 200 meters from Passeig de Gracia, just a few steps from Cataluña Square, Rambla de Cataluña and Gran Via.
Eixample Unique is a cozy holiday apartment in Barcelona where can stay up to 16 guests. The apartment has 6 Bedrooms: 3 with double beds, 2 comfortable and spacious bedrooms with 3 single beds and with giant windows overlooking the street Balmes and a bedroom with twin beds for 4 people with a lovely winter garden.
It has two complete bathrooms with bathtubs, a kitchen with an area for breakfast and all necessary utensils and appliances you may need during your holidays in Barcelona (oven, coffee machine, microwave, grill, dishwasher etc) and also a room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
From the kitchen you can access a wonderful dining-room with a huge table prepared for 16 people where you can have an appetizer or relax after a long day of walking around the streets of Barcelona.
We also offer a living-room with comfortable sofas Chesterfield, original furniture, a TV of 50”, a huge window and balcony. We believe it is an ideal place to stay when planning your holidays in Barcelona. It is perfect for groups of friends, family or business delegations due to its excellent location and design.
The area
One of the main advantages of our fantastic apartment in Barcelona is its location. Plaza Catalunya, located just a few steps from the apartment, is a starting point to explore the city. There you will find the Tourist Bus, Airbus, trains, metro (Red Line, Yellow, Green and Purple) and numerous buses´ lines.
Just 200 meters from the apartment is situated the famous Paseo de Gracia street where shopping lovers will enjoy the best international designers boutiques, such as Loewe, Stella McCartney, Armani, Yves Saint Laurent and many more. Also, along this street are located La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of the typical buildings of Gaudi architecture. Close to this street are located interesting art galleries and museums (Tapies Foundation, Egyptian Museum and Museum of Perfume).
Eixample Unique is just a few steps away from Las Ramblas, one of the main streets of Barcelona and one of the landmarks of the city. It is a pleasant walk of 1.3 kilometers that connects Plaza Catalunya with the ancient city port. Las Ramblas are always lively, full of tourists and street performers who act like human statues.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RESRVATIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE.- Making any reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER.- The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the veracity of the information provided.
3. PREPAYMENT.- The system requests a payment of guarantee by credit card or bank transfer. The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking entity.
4. RESERVATION.- The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation with its localisation number by email.
5. TOURIST DUTY.- The amount for the reservation will be increased by a tourist tax for the first 7 nights, at 0.45 € per person older than 16 years of age.
6. INFORMATION.- All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information shall be accessed exclusively by reservation staff, and only for purposes of the reservation and to communicate with the client in regards to future promotions and deals.
7. OCCUPANTS.- The client may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the apartment's characteristics and as per the hired rate.
8. CLEANING.- The apartment shall be made available to the client duly clean. The client commits to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food.
9. EQUIPMENT.- The client commits to leave the apartment in the same circumstances as they found it upon entering in terms of furniture and equipment preservation.
10. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the hired apartment for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.
11. GUARANTEE.- The client will leave a cash deposit as a guarantee upon entering, at the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit shall be fully returned upon check-out, unless defects are found in the apartment, its furniture or equipment, or situations of extreme filth or rubbish. The cost for re-establishing the condition of the apartment upon check-in shall be discounted from the deposit.
12. CANCELLATION.- For cancellations more than 30 days beforehand, 95% of the money paid shall be returned. For cancellations more than 7 days beforehand, 50% of the money paid shall be returned. For cancellations 7 days or less beforehand, no amount shall be returned.
Guest will be refunded the full amount of the booking fees (minus our Fees) if (s)he cancels the booking up to 2 months prior to his/her arrival day (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
