This stylish one bedroom apartment can sleep two guests, and you’ll find every room inside the apartment is furnished to a high standard. The Space:
The open-plan living and kitchen area at Hotham Place has a comfortable and luxurious vibe throughout. Spacious in design, the space offers a soft L-shaped sofa sat in front of a large flat-screen TV. The sofa can also be made up into a sofa bed upon request, increasing the occupancy to four.
In keeping with Hotham Place as a whole, the kitchen area is modern in style and offers a fantastic range of appliances to ensure you can enjoy your self-catering stay with ease.
Head to the bedroom and you’ll find a deluxe double bedroom. With a neutral colour scheme, this room has a tranquil atmosphere. With plush bedding and premium bed linens, a great night’s sleep is guaranteed.
Another modern space, Hotham Place’s bathroom is home to a rainfall shower so you can enjoy a refreshing soak in the morning or evening. The bathroom is complete with a wash basin and WC for your convenience.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:

Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle.
Interaction with Guests:
Your hosts have plenty of experience of welcoming guests to Devon and the West Country, so expect to be well looked after throughout your stay. You’ll be left to enjoy the apartment but will always be able to call on your hosts if you have questions or require assistance.

Victoria Park is right on your doorstep and is perfect for dog walking or keeping your little ones entertained.
The centre of Plymouth is also just a short distance away from Hotham Place. Here you’ll find an abundance of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Visit the Drake Circus Shopping Centre and you’ll be spoilt for choice.
The Barbican is also in the city centre, and this is a great spot to visit for a leisurely stroll whilst admiring the various boats and sailing vessels on show.
Plymouth is also home to a number of entertainment venues such as the Pavilions, Theatre Royal and The Barcode.
If you are visiting the area with colleagues on business trips, you will find the apartment is ideally located to make reaching the business and commercial centres in the area really easy.
Getting Around:
Plymouth has amazing train links with routes to Cardiff, Edinburgh and London. The station can be reached in less than 20 minutes when walking from the house.
There are a number of bus routes running throughout Plymouth.

★ Furbabies are welcome but there is an extra charge - please get in touch with us if you plan to bring your pet(s)
★ No parties are to be held in the house especially hen or stag events. If any noise complaints are received from neighbouring property or there is evidence of a party having taken place on checkout a claim of £150 will be charged for violation of the hosting rules

Guest will be refunded the full amount of the booking fees (minus our Fees) if (s)he cancels the booking up to 1 month prior to his/her arrival day (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
