This home offers the space, a fenced yard and the proximity to many must visit places in Miami. Host and BBQ in the yard, cook a meal at home or relax and sleep in while staying at this peaceful and fun space.

This fun home has a large fenced in yard with a BBQ, seating area and dining space. It has parking for 2 cars and a large living room with TV. It's perfectly located at a crossroads of many major neighborhoods and attractions in Miami.
LOCATION: The property is just a short stroll away from the Miami Design District, known for sleek modern architecture, upscale interior design stores and art galleries; 10 minutes from MIA (30 minutes from FLL) and 20 minutes away from Miami Beach. Smart, keyless entry for easy check-in/check-out process.
MASTER BEDROOM: Features a king size bed, closet and TV.
SECOND BEDROOM: Features a queen size bed, closet and TV.
KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with all needed appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and everything you'd need to cook at home during your stay.
LIVING ROOM: Large open space with ample seating and a smart TV. Open to the kitchen island with seating as well as a small dining table and work desk.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, free WiFi (100+ Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Pictured toiletries, linens and towels also included. Please note, washcloths are not included in our linen and towel services.
OUTDOOR SPACE: Large fenced front and backyard, BBQ, and outdoor dining area and seating area.
PARKING: Parking for 2 cars in driveway.
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property. Pet fee: $150 per pet, regardless of breed or size. Pet weight and size restrictions may apply, please check with us.
PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: You can order packages to be left at the door. This is a standalone property. There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility.
EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests, so if you'd like to book a service like a boat, a chef or a massage you can let us know and our concierge can arrange this and more for you.

The Climate & Bugs
Florida has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month. We share this as you may see some of these local "visitors" from time to time but we do work to mitigate and treat them regularly. :)

Guest will be refunded the full amount of the booking fees (minus our Fees) if (s)he cancels the booking up to 2 weeks prior to his/her arrival day (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
