The Space:
Enjoy breathtaking views from this luxury Apt. at the exclusive Biscayne Blvd Building in downtown Miami, with Hotel like amenities, Best location in the heart of Miami. The building is across Bayfront park so all you have to do is cross the street to access the bay, Bayside marketplace where many tourist attractions are booked, like the double decker bus and boat charters as well and countless dining and shopping. The free Metro mover station is also across the street.

Please note the building allows monthly minimum stays and an application will be required to finalize your reservation. The building management reviews and needs to approve each booking. We will email you the building application upon reservation booking.

GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.

THE SPACE: Hotel like Suite with with en suite bathroom and balcony with breathtaking views. All necessary amenities are provided. Queen size bed, office desk, walk-in closet, private access to balcony with breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay, Port of Miami, South Beach.

APARTMENT FEATURES: Kitchen (light cooking), free Wi/Fi, Cable, Washer/Dryer in Residence, Balcony with water views.

THE BUILDING: Features Olympic Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam room, Pilates studio, Spa, Gym, World Class Dining choices within walking distance, 24 hour Valet Parking. If you do have a car, you can park in the owner space for a one time fee of $30 to obtain the decal.

Walking distance to Bayside Mall, American Airlines Arena, The Arch Center Opera and Ballet Brickell Avenue, Hyatt Convention Center, 6 Minutes to the beach by car - right over the bridge to Miami Beach. Convenient to the Cruise Port of Miami. Best location during Art Basel close to south Beach, The Design District, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami International Airport. There is a CVS 2 blocks away and a Whole foods 3 blocks away.

TRANSPORTATION: We recommend you rent a car and valet in the building or Uber - we are located 12 minutes from the airport with no traffic. The area is also very walkable.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (100+ Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Pictured toiletries, linens and towels included. Pool Towels are available for your use. Please note, washcloths are not included in our linen and towel services.

PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property. Pet fee: $150 per pet, regardless of breed or size. Pet weight and size restrictions may apply, please check with us.

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: There is no Mailbox key access. However You can order packages to be held at the front desk for you as long as a mailbox key is not required. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility.

EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests, so if you'd like to book a service like a boat, a chef or a massage you can let us know and our concierge can arrange this and more for you.

SAFETY: We follow all CDC regulations for cleaning and sanitation. Feel safe staying here as all precautionary measures are taken to ensure disinfectant surfaces in the unit. *This property has surveillance cameras on its exterior.*

PLEASE NOTE: No smoking in unit and noise level after 10pm must be low in respect to the neighbors. Bathroom features a soaking tub, no jets.

The Climate & Bugs
Florida has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month. We share this as you may see some of these local "visitors" from time to time but we do work to mitigate and treat them regularly. :)

Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole apartment. Easy Self Check in with Concierge at Hotel.

* You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure.

Interaction with Guests:
We are nearby and ready to help if there are any questions. We also offer full service concierge to our guests, should they need to book reservations, an in house massage, chef, boat or more.
