This cozy two bedroom penthouse apartment is located in one of the most pleasant areas of Garajau.



The apartment is comprised with opne space living rooom, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a fireplace, a ceiling van, a sofa, a coffee table and big flat screen TV. The dining table is round and fits 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with eletrcic stove, oven, microwave, coffe machine, toaster, dishwasher. Next to the kitchen on the left side there is a laundry room with a washing machine, clothesline, iron bord and iron. The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walkin shower. The second bedroom has a single bed.
