These four luxuriously furnished holiday houses made of natural stone are located in Zrnovnica to the east of Split. You can spend a relaxing holiday here, surrounded by a mountainous landscape, whilst still having easy access to the attractions and recreational facilities of the vibrant Mediterranean metropolis.



The resort offers a total of four fully detached holiday villas. It has a reception with a communal reception hall and a lounge. The owner lives in the apartment building about 100 metres behind the holiday houses and is happy to assist with any queries. The entire area is very peaceful and quiet, and the owner allows maximum anonymity to all guests.



Your holiday house is only about 2km from the nearest beach, a golf course and a tennis court, as well as a good range of cafés and restaurants. The nearest shopping facilities are about 400 metres away. It is about 100 metres to the entrance to the climbing park at the Mosor mountain. The old town of Split with its famous Diocletian Palace is about 10km away.

The ground-level holiday house was newly built in 2022. and provides all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay. It consists of a living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, a light bedroom and a spacious daylight bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a flat screen and a dining table with four chairs. The big open fireplace built into the wall enhances the rustic atmosphere and exudes cozy warmth on cooler evenings. An elegant breakfast bar separates the living room from the built-in kitchen, which is equipped with a two-ring hob, a mini oven, an extra large fridge with a freezer compartment, and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm), bedside tables with reading lamps and a wall cupboard with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed (160 x 200cm). The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wide wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet, a urinal and even a washing machine. Reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge, just like parking space.

Villa Poseidon is a residence that provides all guests maximum privacy and security of the facility , which extends to little more than the total area of ​​5000m2 . The area also includes promenade through the olive grove and vineyard . Security is strictly controlled and conditions are adapted to the standard protection of persons with special treatment ( VIP ). The entire area is very peaceful and quiet , and the owner allows maximum anonymity to all guests.The living room provides direct access to your private indoor pool measuring 4 x 10 metres, with a metal ladder to facilitate entry. The pool area is separated from the sunny terrace by large glass sliding doors. If these are left open then it feels like you are swimming outdoors. After a few rounds, you can relax on the sun loungers on the terrace and enjoy an extensive panoramic view over the mountainous landscape as far as the sea. If you arrive by car than you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house

    “Die Vermieter sind sehr gut erreichbar, sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
    Die Unterkunft hat Meerblick, allerdings schaut man über ein nicht so schönes Industriegebiet hinweg und dessen "Lärm" dringt werktags zum Haus vor. Während unseres Aufenthaltes im Juni fanden an vielen Tagen zudem in der weiteren Umgebung stundenlange Mäharbeiten in den Olivenhainen statt.
    Die Zufahrt mit unserem PKW (Mercedes E-Klasse mit normaler Ausstattung) bis ans Haus war nicht möglich und selbst zu den alternativen Stellplätzen ist es durch betonierte Sockel eine Herausforderung. Es gibt zwar weitere Parkmöglichkeiten, diese sind dann aber ein ganzes Stück vom Haus entfernt. Die letzten Meter zum Haus sind selbst zu Fuß gewöhnungsbedürftig.
    Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und unser Hund konnte sich am Haus frei bewegen. Leider stehen im Freien sehr wenig Schattenplätze zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, aber leider nicht sehr tief. Durch das Poolhaus heizt sich das Wasser auf und eine Abkühlung ist bei wärmeren Temperaturen nur bedingt möglich.
    Der Nächstliegende Strand ist schön aber leider sehr voll. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants aber man merkt bei allem die nahe gelegene Großstadt.”

    “Das Haus ist wunderschön. Der Pool wird von den Besitzern selbst am frühen Morgen gereinigt, sodass man nichts mitbekommt. Man ist abgeschottet und hat komplett seine Ruhe dort. Um einen herum wachsen die Trauben und Oliven, an welchen man naschen kann.
    Die Waschmaschine war defekt und wurde am selben Tag noch repariert. Positiv: Die Besitzer haben sich um alle Wünsche gekümmert und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Negativ: Der Weg runter zum Haus und hoch zur Straße. Für unser Auto leider nicht machbar.”

    “Das Haus war wie beschrieben, alles war stimmig und passte zusammen. Landestypische Baumängel sind normal in Kroatien, dort ticken die Uhren halt anders. Trotzdem ist es ein super Ferienhaus. Wir waren dort Gast für 14 Tage, 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (6,3,1) und der kleine Familienhund. Der Platz war ausreichend, weil man bei dem schönen Wetter den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist oder man im/am großen Pool relaxt. Die Aussicht von der Sonnenterrasse am Pool ist atemberaubend, jeder Sonnenuntergang ist ein Highlight. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und leise. So wie wir es auch haben wollten. Man bedenke, dass es im August dort um Split sehr voll und laut ist, außer oben auf dem Berg/Weinhang. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen. Der Vermieter und seine Tochter sind ein super Team und super gastfreundlich. Jedes Problem wird sich angehört und versucht zu beseitigen. Hier kümmert sich der Chef noch persönlich um die Sauberkeit des Pools.”

    “Sehr schönes Steinhaus mit Schlafzimmer, großem Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Wohnküche mit Kamin. Die Fensterfront lässt sich zum Poolhaus, was direkt angrenzt öffnen. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Sehr große Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit und Sonnenschirm. Es gibt auch 2 Liegen vor dem Poolhaus. Großer Parkplatz und sehr schöner Blick aufs Meer. Die Einfahrt ist schlecht zu finden und sehr eng und steil - geht über das Grundstück vom Vermieter. Deshalb ist es ratsam mit dem Vermieter vorher zu telefonieren.”
