A comfy sofa is complemented by a modern fitted family full kitchen diner, ideal for year-round meals in. A spacious, couple-friendly double bedroom is accompanied by a 2nd spacious bedroom furnished with 2 separate single beds (can be joined upon request). A 5th guest can also be accommodated on the single sofa bed in the living room. Completing the internal layout is a spacious chic shower room with washing machine.
Please note larger groups can also be accommodated within the same residence, in the additional apartments, ID 4091 and 4089.
To the front of the small-scale residence, a sunny communal terrace with alfresco dining set for 6 and a stone-built BBQ can also be enjoyed. An allocated parking space is situated 100 metres away. Alongside swimming, hiking around Brione is also a popular past time, with a wealth of hiking trails to enjoy on the doorstep, with a wide range of difficulty trails on offer, from easy to intermediate and difficult.
The popular year-round resort towns of Locarno and neighbouring Ascona can be reached by car within 25-27 minutes.
