The property is located in the center of the village of Horní Maršov, near Peca pod Sněžkou, Janské Lázně and Černá Hora. Thanks to its strategic location, you have the bus stop, a supermarket and several cozy restaurants within walking distance.

The building with a rich history was built in 1886 and has served as a school for more than a hundred years. The house has its own parking space and you can independently prepare the most delicious meals in the spacious kitchen. In the living room there is a TV and a bar, for cozy evenings with your loved ones.
