The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 7 or outside, in the garden or on the balcony enjoying views of the sea, the swimming pool and the mountains.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a bath tub and toilet, and 2 including a double bed The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The villa features air conditionning, a washing machine, a dryer, a fan, central heating, ironing equipment, a safe, cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner.
Note that the cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. If you wish to use the heated pool, you will have to pay an extra 20€ per day.
