If you feel like taking a walk, you can access Cala Andragó in 10 minutes and Cala Cap Blanc in 15 minutes. Just 3 minutes by car is "Les Platgetes", some charming sandy beaches where you will enjoy restaurants to eat by the sea. Very close to the house you will find small establishments, numerous restaurants and a shopping center.
This chalet is very practical and accessible since all the rooms are distributed on one floor, without stairs. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them in suite. The living room and the main bedroom have air conditioning and the other 2 bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The kitchen has been recently renovated. Both the house and the garden are very well maintained and all the furniture has been updated in 2022.
