Villa Molinas is a one storey 3-bedroom villa of 150m2, combining traditional features with modern style. An extensive outdoor area of 2,000m2, pool and ideally located between Pollensa (which is just 5 minutes’ drive away), Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa,
On entering the house through the large glass patio doors from the terrace you find yourself in the airy and bright open-plan lounge/dining area, with slanted wooden beamed ceiling. Two comfy sofas around the TV and a modern glass dining table for six.Adjacent is the fully-equipped white modern kitchen separated from the dining area by a breakfast/work island complete with stools. There is also a walk-in larder.An archway leads from the lounge to the 3 spacious white and fresh bedrooms (one double, 2 twins). One of the twin bedrooms has its own en-suite with walk in shower while the other bedrooms share a family shower room. A spacious covered porch runs along back of the house overlooking the gardens and pool, where directly in front of the patio doors can be found a wooden dining table and chairs. A perfect place for breakfasting while enjoying the the first sun rays appear over the valley or al fresco dining in the evening while watching the sun go down in this unique and tranquil atmosphere.Also, at the side of the house and nestled under the trees an outdoor seating area for those who just want to “chill out” and enjoy the total silence.The large inviting swimming pool of W 9.00m x 5.00m (D 1.3m x 2.4m) with Roman steps is surrounded by a large paved terrace with more than sufficient space for sunbathing on the villas sun loungers as the area attracts sun all day.
