Elegant apartment with a wide garden a few steps away from the famous Passeggiata dell’Imperatrice of Sanremo, one of the main promenades with a wonderful view of the sea.
The apartment is accessible from the luxuriant garden, furnished with some deck chairs and with plenty of plants. Going up a few steps guests will come to the terrace which features a table and some chairs, from where it is possible to access the apartment. The entrance opens onto the bright living room with wide windows, provided with a comfortable double sofa bed, some armchairs, a TV and a dining table. The independent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking tools, including an electric oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and a juicer. The sleeping area consists of a bathroom with a queen-size bed, a beautiful dresser and wide windows. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout.
The highlights of the apartment are the attention to each detail, from the antiques to the Carrara marble floor, in addition to the style of the furniture and the possibility to access the terrace from every room.
The washing machine, the independent heating for colder days and the free wi-fi will be at guests’ disposal.

Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, not to be missed is the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, one of the most famous symbols of the city and the Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, in Baroque style.
