The vacation apartment from the Gründerzeit is located in a multi-family house in a prime city location. In about 50m you are in the city Park and can take walks here or just enjoy the sun. The city center, the fish market, the Krämerbrücke and the Domplatz, as well as other points of contact, such as the trade fair and congress center, the Steigerwald Stadium, stores and restaurants can be reached easily on foot or by public transport. Just as quickly you can reach the main train station or you are on the A4. The nearest airport Erfurt-Weimar (ERF) is 6km away. Despite this good and central location, you have an idyllic peace in this apartment, because it is located on a residential street and the main part of the apartment is oriented to the rear. So you look from your balcony into a green oasis in the middle of the city.



You will live on the 3rd floor of a central yet quietly located and modernly furnished vacation apartment for 2 people. The equipment is very high quality and holds everything ready for a comfortable and relaxing stay in any season. The apartment has a sauna and also offers a charging station for electric vehicles.


The entire apartment is equipped with warm and natural real wood oak parquet and has electric blinds. A balcony in the living room with a view of the greenery invites you to linger on balmy summer evenings. An additional underfloor heating in the bathroom and a sauna with rest area provides cozy warmth in winter. The bedroom with electrically adjustable comfort beds, back-friendly mattresses and gauze windows allows you a restful sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. A safe will protect your valuables. A 4K TV with internet connection is available in the living room and bedroom. You can comfortably Park your car in the yard on the private parking space and charge it with our electric charging station (type 2) if needed.
