Luxurious and Spacious Holiday Villa with heatable Pool in Esposende

The old fishing village of Esposende is just 1,3 kms away from the town centre, which is great if you are looking to tantalise your taste buds with local delicacies or perhaps wine and dine for a special occasion. The sandy beaches are only 3.4 kms away. These beaches are well-know for kite-surfing and other watersports. Quinta da Barca golf course can be found within a 5 minute drive. The horse riding centre is also a short drive away. There are 2 padel courts only 800m from the villa. Oporto town centre is within a 30-minute drive. The old town centre is classified as a World Heritage Site.

Well maintained, generous grounds with lawns, furnished gazebo and terrace making it a pleasure to sit out at any time of the day to enjoy the warm Minho sun.

Private swimming pool (14 x 4,5 metres). The depth is from 1.20 to 1.40 metres - the first 2 metres are only 20cm deep ideal to lie in and cool off.

It is possible to heat the pool at an extra cost. Portable barbecue. Car parking area.



Luxury, spacious and tranquillity are some of the keywords we can use to describe the atmosphere of this remarkable recently fully renovated 19th Century Farmhouse (original building dates back to 1860), carefully designed and lovingly restored to create a truly stylish and comfortable Portuguese retreat. Attention has been paid to detail and everything was considered to ensure all guests enjoy a warm and remarkable stay. This beautiful renovation is an elegant fusion of the Minho Region charm and tradition with contemporary furnishings and modern conveniences. Some of the of the original features were carefully kept (and fully renovated) such as handmade plaster ceilings, wooden floors and stone terraces. Together with the terracotta floors and exceptional outdoor furnishings, the result could only be a distinctive property that we are pleased to feature in our programme. The formal extensive gardens with many different quaint areas invite guests to relax in the shade or enjoy their meals outdoors. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace with large comfortable sun loungers. Set at the end of the property is an admirable Noria, kept in the original condition. This is an ancient hydropowered mill used to lift water into an aqueduct. 



Quinta da Barca golf course can be found within a 5 minute drive.

The horse riding centre is also a short drive away.

There are 2 padel courts only 800m from the villa. Oporto town centre is within a 30-minute drive.
