In the middle of the ground floor an open plan spacious living room and kitchen are to be found. The kitchen area includes high end appliances (oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer , filter coffee machine & Nespresso, toaster, microwave etc.), a kitchen island with bar stools and everything you may need to prepare your meals.A comfortable sofa with oversized windows in front permits plenty of light to fill the whole room, while a 45inches smart/satellite Tv (with Netflix) completes the “homey” feeling. Earthly tones & tasteful decorations add a pop of color and create an atmospheric and welcoming environment.Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are also located on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other one with two singles, which can be joined as one with a topper. Seaview is seen from each bed through large patio doors and oversized windows. All areas downstairs have direct access to the pool and dining area outdoors.First FloorA stair leads you to the 3rd bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. From this bedroom there is direct access to a private balcony that overlooks the stunning panoramic views of sea, distant coastline, pool, Paximadia Island and mountains.Each bed is equipped with high quality anatomical mattresses while a top mattress can be added in the two single beds creating one double bed (if requested prior to arrival). Additionally each bedroom includes a Smart 32’’ Satellite Tv.Interiors are defined by crisp, clean lines, elegance and minimal fuss: not a single detail detracts from its stunning surrounding — the perfect fusion of stylish minimalism and Cretan aesthetics.

Our villas biggest asset is the spacious outside area with stunning views and a 50sqm infinity pool (1.35m depth , children’s pool is 0.50 depth) boasting in the middle. Almost touching the sea, you enjoy your swim while feeling that you are in the front of a ship gazing the unbeatable views.Comfortable Sunbeds and puff beds are settled around the pool, as well as 2 sun umbrellas protecting you from the heavy Cretan sun.Bbq facilities will offer a chance for delicious al-fresco dining under the starry night or during sunset time always partnered with fine local wine sitting in our exterior dining table.Our villa’s beautiful exterior complete, with the biggest respect to the natural environment, local plants and herbs. Nothing feels excessive or foreign, only a well curated continuity of the present landscape.

Property Notes:- Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner.- Quality bathroom towels, pool towels, bed linen, covers are provided.- Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week, upon request.- Pool cleaning every three days. We will always let you know about date and time.-4 sunbeds plus 2 puff beds and 2 sun umbrellas are available next to the pool.- Baby cot and high chair available upon request.- Complimentary free Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the Villa.- Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room area is included.- Air conditioning units serve heating purposes.- All in-house electronics are available, including a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, blender, electric stove, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, food processor, washing machine, hair dryers, 45’ SMART/SATTELLITE TV, iron and iron board.- Shampoo and shower gel are provided.- Fire extiguishers and a first aid kit are also provided.- All doors and windows have mosquito screens.
