Die Ferienwohnung liegt an dem Wanderweg „Rheinsteig“ und 20 Gehminuten vom Zentrum Linz am Rhein entfernt.
Linz am Rhein ist eine Kleinstadt in einer waldreichen Umgebung zwischen Koblenz und Bonn mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants in der malerischen Altstadt.
Die Umgebung bietet abwechslungsreiche Wandermöglichkeiten z.B. Rheinsteig, Ahrsteig, Westerwaldsteig, Rheinburgenweg und das Siebengebirge sind in unmittelbare Nähe.
Es gibt auch sehr gute Möglichkeiten für Mountainbiker.
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine eigene 18 m2 große Terrasse und einen 60 M2
großen Gärten mit Liegestuhl, Sitzgruppe und Edelstahlgrill und Aussicht auf das Rheintal und Eifel.
Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang.
Es ist auch möglich niederländische und flämische Fernsehprogramme zu empfangen.
