This apartment in Chamonix is just 5 minutes' drive from the town centre; you can also comfortably walk into Chamonix along the river in about 15 minutes to access all of the shops, restaurants and bars. Flegere is the nearest cable car and at just 5 minutes' drive away this ski lift that was new in 2019 makes the Flegere ski area one of the best accessible and most fun in the valley.

This luxury penthouse has a large open plan living area with 2 sofas, a very sociable square dining table with 8 chairs overlooking the mountains with its double height windows. There is also TV room with a 75 inch TV and large sofa for cosy movie night and can also be used as fourth bedroom with the double sofa bed. There are large patio doors onto a balcony with views over les Drus. The modern smart well-equipped kitchen comes with a full-sized oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.


Upstairs the master suite comes with super king-sized double bed, walk-in wardrobe and the ensuite has his n her sinks and a large italien shower. The second bedroom upstairs can be made up as a twin or double and there is private bathroom. Downstairs, the third bedroom can be made up as a twin or double and there is a separate family bathroom for the third and fourth bedroom. The fourth bedroom doubles as TV room with a large sofa bed. There is free Wifi, a washing machine and tumble dryer and underground parking.
