Coin des Drus Apartment is adjacent to the new Flegere Cable car (for 2019/20 winter), making it the ideal Chamonix apartment for those who want to get the first lift in the morning without waiting in any queues. The main bus line stops just outside the cable car too for access to all of Chamonix's other ski and lift areas. The Chamonix Golf club is located across the road and is open all summer so you can play a round with a spectacular backdrop.There are a handful of good restaurants and bars to choose from in Les Praz itself, and Chamonix town centre is an easy 20 minute walk away (or just 5 minutes in the car) for more choice, as well as supermarkets.

There is a family bathroom and additional toilet plus an ensuite off the second double bedroom. There is an additional 4th sleeping area with bunk beds that can be used for kids if required. The spacious open plan living room with large TV is perfect for relaxing in after a long day in the mountains. This luxury Chamonix property comes with a well equipped kitchen that is perfect for cooking up a storm with full sized oven, microwave, dishwasher & coffee machine. The dining table, which seats 8 people, is situated next to the full size patio doors lets you dine in style with beautiful views of the Mont Blanc massif. The apartment has been newly built and has been furnished to the highest standards but provides a home from home feel so that you can relax as soon as you walk through the door.


The exceptional wrap around balcony provides stunning views of both sides of the valley including Flegere, the Aiguille du Midi & Mont Blanc and Les Drus and is perfect for an afternoon aperitif while taking in the views. If you like to play golf then this apartment is perfectly located with the first tee of the Chamonix golf club just across the road. This Chamonix apartment comes equipped with a washing machine, wifi and underground parking.
