The interior of Casa Carlita is modern, minimalistic and warm. The living and dining areas both inside and outside are large and bright, perfect for spending convivial moments with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen, with an elegant and fuctional design, offers also a pleasant dining space.
The four double bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds to offer a peaceful rest.
Three out of the four double beds can be split in six convenient and comfortable single beds. All rooms count with their own en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and a convenient space for smart-working. The bedrooms have large windows with a view and two of them have their own private terrace.
The villa, built with Sicilian materials and sandstone exteriors, is immersed in an olive grove of 37.000sqm. The design garden combines lawn with typical Sicilian vegetation, harmoniously illuminated by night. The pool is half outdoor, heated by the sun rays and half covered by a loggia with a corner bar. The loggia is under a majestic tower, surmounted by a terrace. From this perfect spot, you can enjoy the Sicilian landscape and the blue of the Ionian Sea.
The villa offers absolute privacy. At the same time, a direct private path leads to the elegant eco-resort Masseria della Volpe.
