Attractive, cozy, newly renovated and furnished, two-room apartment, located on the high ground floor of the building (7 stairs) in the Kołobrzeg district called "Gardens", not far away, 800 m from the sea and the eastern beach, Stone Lair and 800 m. from the center and the Old Town. Access to the beach through the old seaside park, access to the beaches without steps. Location of the apartment in a quiet, quiet part of the tourist resort of Kołobrzeg, away from busy streets, and at the same time close to the beach and amenities of city life, shops, service and medical points, tourist attractions and sports facilities. The city of Kołobrzeg, as a resort, provides its inhabitants and guests with clean air, good tourist and recreational infrastructure and many related everyday amenities.

In close proximity to the apartment there is a well-stocked grocery kiosk, 20m. Grocery store 100m, Supermarket Biedronka 400m. In the central square of the estate there is a large playground with swings, slides, climbing frames and a tennis / volleyball court, a skateboarding ground, for guests with dogs, a fenced area especially for dogs' play. Near the apartment there are a lot of communal parking lots, free of charge.



The surroundings of the building with our holiday apartment are leveled, allowing you to move freely in wheelchairs or prams. Access to the beach is flat, no stairs. The proximity of grocery stores facilitates the possibility of self-catering.

There are many city bike rental stations in Kołobrzeg, the closest is 150m from our apartment.
