The house is situated on a quiet side street in the centre of Primrose Hill village and comprises all 5 floors of this beautiful Victorian property. The house enjoys plenty of natural light and has been stylishly designed and decorated to create a truly unique space. There is a large private garden to the rear of the property, equipped with a large Wolf BBQ. The home has air conditioning throughout besides in the lounge.

The Space:
The main feature of this stunning house is the open plan kitchen/dining room which is located on the lower ground floor of the house and is fully equipped for cooking and hosting dinner parties and substantial meals featuring a massive subzero double fridge freezer. To the rear of the ground floor there is a w/c, utility room and access to the private garden area, which features outdoor furniture, outdoor lighting & heating and a Wolf BBQ for the summer. The home has a total of 3 bathrooms and 5 toilets.

On the ground floor you will find the large living room, and additional dining table which is ideal for families with kids and relaxing after a long day exploring all London has to offer. The living room features large sash windows and original period features & fireplaces

To the rear of the ground floor you will find the first and smallest of the 5 bedrooms which is equipped with a double bed.

The entire first floor is occupied by the Master bedroom which features a super king size bed, large fitted wardrobes and large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and large vanity unit and a Japanese style toilet. Two floor to ceiling sash windows flood the bedroom with light and are equipped with roller blinds. There is a small balcony on this floor as well.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the second floor and each are equipped with en suite bathrooms and double beds.

The light bedroom is located on the third floor. The suite is equipped with a super king size bed, en suite toilet and its own private balcony.

Guest Access:
Guests will have sole access to the entirety of the property.

Upon booking we will arrange a meet and greet with a member of staff who will show you around the property.

The Neighborhood:
Primrose Hill is a compact, villagelike area of grand Victorian terraces and pastel-coloured Regency townhouses. Previously a relatively unknown area, the village has evolved to a classy neighbourhood with a variety of pubs, cafes, restaurants, food and fashion shops.

Primrose Hill itself offers one of TripAdvisor's best views of London.

Getting Around:
The nearest underground station is Chalk Farm - about 10 mins from the house. There are also frequent buses into the centre from nearby bus stops.

Primrose Hill, Regents Park & Regents canal are all within walking distance.

If the house is booked for longer than a week the plant carer will need to enter the house once a week to see to the plants.

We kindly ask guests remove shoes inside.
Guest will be refunded the full amount of the booking fees (minus our Fees) if (s)he cancels the booking up to 2 months prior to his/her arrival day (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
Guest will be refunded 50% of the booking fees (minus our fees), if (s)he cancels the booking up to 1 month prior to his/her arrival (check-in) top Host’s accommodation.
All cancellations must take place by 12:00 (midday) according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
