The house is situated in one of the most nice complex in San Agustin, with swimming pool and tennis court.

Very quiet place where you can relax and enjoy a great stay or smart working owerlooking the sea.





The apartment, furnished with quality materials, has everything to enjoy a more than pleasant stay, in one of the most sought-after areas of Gran Canaria and with spectacular views. At the entrance there is the first terrace, inside there is a large living room with a sofa, dining table and TV with international channels, and the other terrace with views of San Agustín and the sea. The kitchen open to the living room is equipped with everything: oven, stove, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee machine, etc. On the same floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with stones with natural views. Upstairs there is a second living room with a large window with spectacular views of the sea, a single bed, a child's bed, a desk with a computer, a small breakfast table and a reading area with an armchair. Separated there is the other bedroom suite with a large closet, TV and private bathroom.




At the entry there is the first terrace with table and chairs.In the living room there is the other terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy our fantastic weather overlooking the sea. Community swimming pool with sun beds and Tennis court



To get to the house there are little stairs as to go to the swimming pool.
