This 45 square meter flat has an American style kitchen which opens up onto a living room. The living room has a sofa bed and a flat tv screen, and an iron and ironing board are available to guests. The bedroom has a double bed (1,60m) and the bathroom has a shower and wall towel dryer. Since this is an attic flat the windows are actually slanted skylights which give it a lot of charm.
