An Raps- und Mohnfeldern vorbei, zwischen Pferdekoppeln hindurch, über einen kleinen Spreewald-Fließ hinweg;Gelegen am Bio-Landgut Pretschen, findet ihr unser liebevoll kernsaniertes Spreewaldhaus: Eine brandenburgische Ruheoase und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und intensive Naturerlebnisse im Unterspreewald. Bestehend aus zwei Wohneinheiten mit je zwei Schlafzimmern, bieten wir Platz für 8-10 Personen.
Das Haupthaus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, die komfortable Boxspringbetten für 4 Personen bieten (1 x 180 cm, 2 x 90 cm).Zusätzlich kann das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ausgezogen werden (Achtung: Raum nicht abdunkelbar!).Die beiden Badezimmer verfügen je über eine große Walk-in Regendusche, sowie eine Fußbodenheizung.In der offenen Wohn-Küche kann auf einem 4-Feld Indusktionsherd gekocht werden. Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Pretschen ist mit seinen knapp 300 Einwohnern eine brandenburgische Ruheoase und bietet dennoch genügend Infrastruktur damit sich Urlauber wohlfühlen: Ein Bäcker, eine (sehr empfehlenswerte) Gaststätte, ein Spielplatz, sowie das Biolandgut mit seinem kleinen Hofladen. Ein Reitverein befindet sich ebenso im Ort.
