A few minutes from the historic heart of Albi, we are already in the countryside.

A hiking trail passes right in front. At the exit of Saint-Juéry, the path of Rousset leads you to the Avalats, the gates of the valley of Tarn.

Two cottages on site, one for three, this one is for six people, near the owners' house. The two gites share an above-ground pool, a bowling alley, a porch and games for children.

House completely renovated this year, ground floor, terrace at the back. Living room with fully equipped open kitchen, sitting area (tv, corner sofa), brand new and quality appliances. Three bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, laundry room. Two bedrooms for two people with double bed 140x190cm, the 3rd with two bunk beds 90x190cm. Bathroom with basin, shower. Separate toilet.

 Heating fuel oil. Baby equipment on request. Possibility to rent sheets and towels, cleaning service end of stay.

The pool is only available in July and August.
