In the surroundings you will find the Museum of the Mine in Cagnac, the Museum of the Saut du Tarn in Arthès, the farm with tasting of sheep cheese From d'Aqui in Assac, the leisure complex of Cap Découverte, Rodez and the Soulages museum, the viaduct of Millau...

Large quiet office with direct access to the outside, suitable for telework. The office makes laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board.

Garage with electric door to put your car in safety. Storage of outdoor toys for children (pedal tractor...).
