The cottage is independent and can accommodate 5 people (+2 with the sofa bed in the living room). Adjoining on one side to another house (without vis-à-vis), it benefits from a fenced garden of 500m², a covered terrace where it is good lunch and another terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.

The cottage is located in a small hamlet, "La Condomine" in the Tarn valley, on the river bank (50 m, swimming possible), about twenty minutes from Albi. You will appreciate the freshness of the valley, the banks of the Tarn, welcome to the fishermen!
Just two minutes from the Little Character City of Ambialet, known for the impressive meander drawn by the Tarn (more than 3km long). In and around the village: swimming, fishing, pétanque, tennis, canoeing, hiking, country markets, groceries, sound and light every Thursday, café concert, etc.
