The Villa Astoria from My-Dream-Vacation-Florida.com is located in the community Crown Point at a small lake, which is equally popular with locals and vacationers. The central and at the same time quite situated resort at Davis Blvd. offers all residents a clubhouse with a large community pool, fitness room and tennis courts.
Stores for daily needs are located near by. Tin City with numerous restaurants and small boutiques is also not far away. The same goes for the Down Town of Naples with 3rd Street and 5th Avenue also with many restaurants and small stores and boutiques. For the obligatory shopping in Florida there is the Coastland Center, Village on Venetian Bay and for those who want something more upscale the Waterside Shops. If you like to eat carpaccio you should visit the restaurant Brio. The beach is about 10 minutes away.
Villa Astoria has a living area of about 2.450 sqft. spread over two floors. On the first floor is the spacious open plan living area with living room and TV, another living area with desk, a dining area, a breakfast nook and an open all white kitchen with Stainless Steel electrical appliances and Grant Counter Tops. From the living room and breakfast nook you can access the terrace through large sliding glass doors. On the first floor there is further the master suite - also with exit to the terrace, bathroom with double sink, shower, bathtub and toilet as well as a pool bath with shower and a powder room.

Terrace with large electrically heated pool, table with 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers for the sun seekers. A gas grill for the evening barbeque is also available. Grill delicious smelling steaks, hamburgers or lobsters and enjoy a good glass of wine or simply a "Bud" weiser beer.
