Punat is a municipality in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County in western Croatia on the island of Krk. The town first appears in writings from AD 1377, but the exact date of foundation is not known. In the bay there is the little island of Košljun.

House in which apartments are located has huge garden which is for comunal use, BBQ area with huge table.

House is located in calm, peaceful area in town Punat. It is close to the more than one beach, as well as promenade that spans along the coast and leads toward town center. Promenade is fulfilled with beach bars and restaurants, and other summer activities (aquaparks, places to rent kayaks and other similar content etc...)

Apartment is located in new part of town of Punat, in close proximity to the arranged as well as natural beaches.

Apartment is located on the first floor of the family house. Apartmen is around 50sqm in size. It has one bedroom, with double bed, and one window with a view of the garden. Bathroom is for sole use and has toiltet, washbasin and shower cabin. Living room has extendable couch, dining table with four seats and TV. Fireplace is also in living room. Kitchen has gas stove, one sink, electric kettle and filtered coffee machine. Fridge and microwave are located in kitchen.

Apartment has its own terrace located next to the exit doors of the apartment

Apartment is easily located and accessed through paved road. It has private parking space in front of the house, free of charge. Once vehicle is parked in parking spot, it is situated in natural shade.

Beach is approximately 500 meters away, as well as promenade along the coastline, which leads to the town. The promenade is fullfilled with nice and restaurants and beach-bars.
