House with Terrace, Garden and Beautiful View
Our holiday home is an ideal place for a holiday according to your own ideas, just right for individualists. There are no immediate neighbors, so you can enjoy the quiet location with a beautiful mountain panorama. Ideal for allergy sufferers as no pets are allowed. Vacationers who want to relax in the open, untouched nature are in the right place here.
There is plenty of space for six guests, spread over four bedrooms, with one room in the basement having underfloor heating and the balcony room on the upper floor having a tiled stove. One room on the ground floor and one room on the upper floor are unheated but not cold; if desired, heating can be provided using an electric convector for a small fee.
The kitchen-living room offers space for eating together and socializing.
The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a hairdryer, two sinks and a bathtub with shower fittings. On the upper floor there is a shower/toilet with sink. A hairdryer is also available here. The forecourt offers parking for two cars. Parking larger vehicles, caravans, mobile homes, etc. is not permitted or prohibited here or on the street. There is a parking space for mobile homes/caravans, etc. at the Asitzbahnen. It is only about 800 meters to the town center. Very good restaurants and shopping opportunities in the center. Outside: grill; parking for max. 2 cars is available;

The partially covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and two garden loungers. The property is fenced and therefore also ideal for children.
The access is asphalted, with a maximum gradient of around 10 - 12%, and in winter the municipality always clears the snow well. Bring snow chains if you have them.
From May 1st, 2025, a mobility fee will be charged. This allows you to use public transport in the Salzburg region free of charge. This fee is calculated with the tourist tax.
