Spacious, bright 3 ½ room flat (80m2) in a quiet, beautiful location. Depending on the number of people booked, the flat can be divided into a 2½ room flat (for 2 people) or a 3½ room flat (for 3-4 people) by closing off individual rooms. An additional room for 2 more people can be booked on request only. The flat has a spacious living-dining room with leather couch, large flat screen TV, Sonos music system, WLAN, large dining table and an open-plan kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer compartment and many other appliances (raclette oven, cheese fondue set, toaster, kettle), One bathroom has a bathtub with shower, towel warmer, WC, washbasin and washing machine with tumble dryer. The other bathroom has a shower and WC, heated towel rail and washbasin. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds. The entire furnishing is new, coordinated and of high quality. The wardrobes and chests of drawers offer plenty of storage space. The flat also has a balcony with an unobstructed view of the Roseg Valley. There is also a parking space in the adjoining underground car park. The building has a locked bicycle and ski room. There are 2 public charging stations for electric cars in front of the building. The flat is a non-smoking flat, pets are not allowed.
