Eingebettet in das Gebiet der Mecklenburgischen Seenplatte & der wildromantischen Landschaft des Naturparks Nossentiner-Schwinzer Heide liegt das Dorf Alt Schwerin. Was den Ort auszeichnet und ihn für das AGRONEUM geradezu prädestiniert, ist die fast vollständig erhaltene Anlage eines ritterschaftlichen Gutes. Herrenhaus und Park, Wirtschaftsgebäude, Alleen und Landarbeiterhäuser sind erhalten.
