Although the property is isolated, it has water and electricity without restrictions and can be used without restrictions. The property is the only house in this cove so that our guests have complete privacy. Within the building it is possible to moor a boat because the owner has 3-4 boat moorings and a 4 m motor boat can be rented from the owner.The owners offer dinners for an extra charge. Within the building, the owners have built a game room with table football, darts, chess, etc. We offer 4 smaller apartments for 4 people that are air-conditioned and have a shared grill, and 1 large apartment for 11 people with 4 rooms and 4 bathroom that is not air-conditioned and has its own grill.The building has a lot of stairs. Our guests also have a small playground and fitness equipment at their disposal at their own risk.
