The Villa offers 7 double bedrooms and 7 Bathrooms:
1 double room on ground floor with adjacent guest bathroom;
5 double rooms on 1st floor, 4 with ensuite bathrooms 1 served by adjacent private bathroom;
1 double room in Tower, with ensuite bathroom) and
1 children’s room (with bunk bed sleeping 2 children) with en-suite bathroom
There is a dining room with a lovely fireplace, a library with and even grander historical fireplace, a charming living room, a spacious kitchen with a separate breakfast area, a Service/laundry room and additional Staff quarters with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single) and a private staff bathroom.
Rolling lawns, well-cared for gardens, a large Swimming-pool and private parking complete the 30 hectares park.
A wonderful private beach is reserved for you only 5 minutes away.
The closest town is Castagneto Carducci a charming town with grocery shop, butcher, bakery, newsstand beauty parlor and pharmacy only 10 minutes by car. The closest airport is Pisa Airport at 45 minutes by car.

The guest will be refunded 50% of the total booking (minus fees) if (s)he cancels the booking up to 1 month prior to his/her arrival day (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
