The vacation home offers you everything your heart desires. A bright kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed, a modern bathroom and a bedroom with private balcony and sauna. In addition, there is a guest toilet and another balcony with seating which is directly accessible from the living room. The living room surprises with a fireplace and piano. On the balcony there is a possibility to hang the laundry and the private washing machine is ready for you in the bathroom.
The use of the garden with sitting lounge and dining table invites you to spend unforgettable evenings with a view of the local mountain Schlern. In the garden you will also find a sociable wooden barbecue with fire bowl.
In a 5-minute walk there are two supermarkets, a bakery and a pizzeria. The mountain area can be reached by car in 10 minutes. From there numerous hikes are possible. Bed linen and towels are available.
The bedroom offers place for 2 people and 2 more people can sleep on the comfortable pull-out couch in the living room. An extra bed for a fifth person can be booked if needed.
