We would like to offer you 4 holiday apartments located in the same building. Family house is located in town of Vodice, Sibenik County, between city of Zadar and Sibenik.

The city beaches are max 10 min walking distance or 1 minut by car. (public parking places are along side evry beach) so basicly you can drive all the way to it.

Few minutes walikng distace from children playground,sport fields( tennis, wallebeach, basketball, small football, water sports like paraglaiding, kayak, sailing, jet ski, rent a boat, rent a bike, scooter) beach bars, all shops, restaurants and other leisure facilities...



A4 apartment is a red door, one bedroom apartment, suitable for 3 persons (2+1) Ideally for the one family with 3 adult members or 2 smaller kids


Located on the 1.st floor, facing south , it has all that you might need for a cozy vacation.

Apartment is consisted of One bedroom with king size bed,one living room with additional couch for 2 persons, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary  equipment you might need for everyday cooking and food preparation, bathroom (with toilet, shower, basin, hair dryer), and also a private balcony in the shade of a big fig tree, where you can eat fresh organic fighs right from your balcony...


Apartment has an AC, full Wi-Fi coverage, SAT TV, dvb TV, and a private parking space for one vehicle.

80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
