Newly renovated and newly furnished 81 square meter sunny apartment on the ground floor with parking space, terrace and garden in a quiet apartment building at the foot of our local mountain "Staaufen" - just a few minutes' walk from the town center. From the bright living room you can reach the garden at ground level with a set of chairs and a deckchair and sun until the evening hours. The living room is comfortably furnished with a new sofa and seating area (all solid wood) and a flat-screen TV. A built-in tiled stove provides cozy warmth on cool days. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. Relax in 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2x single beds. In the large daylight bathroom with bathtub and toilet there is a washing machine/dryer, in the small bathroom there is a shower and toilet. You can use Oberstaufen PLUS free of charge, i.e. free rides on mountain railways, ski passes, swimming fun in the Aquaria adventure pool and much more.

NEW! From August all renovation and furnishing measures will be completed and we would like to welcome you to our "Heidi" holiday apartment. The 81 square meter apartment, consisting of a bright, large living room with a tiled stove, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a covered terrace and garden/lawn, is completely on the ground floor. The living room with modern pull-out corner couch, coffee table and sideboard with flat screen TV also offers a seating area with corner bench (all solid wood) for socializing, in winter also by the warming built-in tiled stove. The timelessly modern kitchen is fully equipped. Both bedrooms are also completely newly furnished. Parquet floor throughout - no carpet! The large daylight bathroom has a toilet, bathtub and use of a washing machine/dryer, the small one has a shower and toilet. Winter sports equipment etc. can be stored in the lockable basement room.
