1-bedroom flat with balcony, fantastic sea view, 100m to the beach
Our 1-bedroom flat is located on the 8th floor (with lift) 100m from the beach. From the balcony you have a 180° view over the beautiful beach of Alvor. To the left are cliffs and bays that can be easily explored with a stand-up paddle. Adjacent to this is a 4km long, fine sandy beach with various water sports facilities (pedal boats, jet skis, etc.). On the right, the beach ends at the boat access to the lagoon of Alvor, which is loved by kite- and windsurfers, as constant winds blow here. There is also a nature reserve here with hiking trails between dunes.The photogenic fishing village of Alvor (pop. 2500, 1km) has everything you could want for an unforgettable holiday: shopping, sociable bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, plenty of land and water sports, sports centre (swimming pool, tennis court, outdoor fitness equipment), pharmacies, hospital, even a small airfield (domestic flights, acrobatic flights, parachuting).All remaining holiday wishes can be fulfilled in Portimão, the 2nd largest town in the Algarve, 6km away. By rental car you can explore the whole Algarve. The west coast (1 hour) is wilder, more natural with steep coasts and is a paradise for surfers and hikers. In the hinterland are the Monchique Mountains and historic towns like Silves. And towards the Spanish border, there are well-known towns like Albufeira and Faro, and little gems like Tavira.
In the living room there is a fold-out sofa bed, a large wall cupboard and a TV. The small kitchen contains a fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and a hand hoover. The daylight bathroom offers a bathtub with shower option.Unlimited 4G internet is included.

The beach is 100m away and can be reached via a ramp, so that you can also take a pram with you. The centre of the village with restaurants and supermarkets is about 1000m away, but there are also many wonderful restaurants along the promenade that runs in parallel to the beach.
