Fantastic bungalow with unbeatable facilities, 800m to the beach (Praia dos Três Irmãos). Ideal for a couple, or for a couple with 1-2 children. Quiet location, absolutely safe and romantically beautiful. Within walking distance to the beach, to Alvor to the harbour, to the old town or to the sports centre (tennis, swimming pool). Hospital, pharmacy, shopping facilities, restaurants, golf course and mini golf courses - all within easy walking distance. Enjoy your holiday on one of the largest and most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, in absolute safety and privacy, and let yourself be enchanted by the dreamy charm of Alvor. The small fishing village has retained its typical Portuguese atmosphere, but is only 5km away from the well-known and much frequented Praia Rocha beach in Portimão.The large roof terrace invites you to morning yoga or drinks after a day at the beach, the house and garden always have sun!

Our bungalow offers a living room (couch, armchair, piano, fireplace), guest toilet, large kitchen with dining facilities (fully equipped with gas cooker, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment), children's bedroom with 2 children's beds and lots of toys, parents' bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower, tub), and a bathroom (tub). All furnishings are of a high standard. 1GB internet with wifi throughout the house. The living room and both bedrooms have air conditioning. Also rented are 2 adult mountain bikes with child seats, 3 children's bikes (running bike, 3 years, 5 years), 2 stand-up paddles (SUP), 1 kayak, table tennis table, children's pool (3m radius, water depth 45-75cm), large trampoline, children's toys, garden furniture (tables, chairs, sun loungers - all with seat cushions) and parasols.The flat is completely cleaned and disinfected between stays so that you feel completely comfortable and safe.

The bungalow is surrounded by a garden and a terrace (children can cycle in a circle). A large trampoline invites you to jump, the BBQ area to barbecue and celebrate (partly covered, with parasols). If you want, you can play table tennis and then jump into the pool. Parking is on the property (electric garage door) in front of the house.

We love music, sports and good food. Therefore, we provide our musical instruments (drums, piano), our sports equipment (yoga mats, dumbbells, table tennis table, standup paddle, bicycles, etc.).

Our house is ideally located between the beach, shopping facilities and Alvor town centre - all within walking distance. Within a few minutes walking distance to the beach, to Alvor's harbour, to the old town or to the sports centre (tennis, swimming pool).
