A large plot encompasses the beautiful vacation home and 230 m from the house you will find the lake with your private jetty. Here you can barbecue, eat and enjoy nature. In the forest around the house you will find mushrooms, berries, fallow deer, roe deer and moose and you can observe them in their natural environment.

You are close to the world heritage town of Karlskrona with good shopping, several restaurants and pubs. From the harbor you can book different boat trips to surrounding islands and fishing trips.
