Umrahmt von imposanten Bergen und eingebettet in üppige Wiesen ist hier die Schweizer Bergwelt hautnah erlebbar. Wer hier Ferien macht, darf sich eine kostenpflichtige Fahrbewilligung bei der Gemeinde holen. Ansonsten fahren Einheimische und Touristen mit der Luftseilbahn nach Haldi. Wohl auch deshalb ist das Gebiet eine stille Oase für Menschen, die dem hektischen Alltag entfliehen möchten. Hier finden Sie verschiedene Kraftorte zur stillen Einkehr, zahlreiche Spazier- und Wandermöglichkeiten durch Wälder, Felder, Almwiesen mit herrlich durftenden und wunderschönen Alpenblumen bis hin zu den Bergspitzen und Felswegen. Ein Piano erlaubt Musikern nach Herzenslust zu üben oder zu komponieren. Im Winter laden verschiedene Schneeschuhrouten zu Tages oder Vollmond- und Sternenwanderungen ein. Beliebt sind auch der romantische Schlittenweg ins Tal und der nahgelegene Familienskilift.
