Villa Laura is located in Smirra a few km from Cagli, a truly strategic point to visiting places of rare beauty just a few km around, such as the Gola del Furlo Nature Reserve, the historic town of Cagli, its river for bathing nestled between woods and white rocks, the ducal cities of Urbino and Gubbio. To get to the sea of Fano it takes half an hour by a fast road.
The villa was just renovated and well equipped, on the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace and wood-burning oven, a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. TV room and a spacious kitchen with fireplace, a bathroom and a double bedroom with private bathroom in the room. On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms with shower and a nice terrace.
A beautiful garden with a new swimming pool waiting for you, to enjoy your play and relaxation moments. In the garden you can find barbecue and a big gazebo with outdoor sofa. Next to the pool there is a bathroom with shower and wc. The whole property is fenced.
