Wonderful Holiday House in Sint Maarten with Private Parking and Incredible Views
We have bought and renovated our second holiday home in 2019. The result is a special holiday home with an incredible view of the rising sun and the wide fields of the surrounding area. We have put 17 years of rental experience and over 30 years of holiday experience with our own three sons into this house. So you can simply forget about the car both for the way to the beach but also for shopping - of course only if you like it that way ...

North Holland offers a wealth of leisure activities that is unparalleled in its diversity. The West Frisian Islands with their Sylt rival Texel, the Ijsselmeer with its many beautiful towns around it, the beautiful cities of Haarlem, Alkmaar, Bergen or Schoorl and last but not least the cosmopolitan city of Amsterdam.Golfers will get their money's worth in Dirkshorn and Alkmaar. Children can let off steam in several play parks (De Holle-Bolle-Boom) or a go-kart track (Schagen) and parents can find time for their favourite book on the quiet terrace.

- complete luxury kitchen with induction hob, microwave and oven by Miele,luxurious bathroom with rain shower, double washbasin,automatic exhaust and a hairdryer,natural wood furniture, 65" QLED TV with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video,Miele washing machine and dryer,wooden dining table on the terrace,master bedroom (1) with 180cm double bed, cot and changing table by Hülsta and large sliding door wardrobe,bedroom (2) with 160cm double bed and wardrobe,bedroom (3) with two single electric beds (100x200), chest of drawers and 49" Samsung TV,luxurious guest toilet upstairs,own baby buggy,dormer window in the bedrooms with incredible views, mosquito screens and blackout pleated blinds on all(!) windows in the bedrooms.Regarding the bicycles, 4 Gazelle luxury bikes (as good as new), 2 children's bikes in sizes 20 and 24 inches as well as a pram trailer by Thule for 2 children (as good as new) are available for the entire(!) rental period.The in-house beach cabin (with 4 sunbeds, a windbreak and children's toys) is available from 15 May to 15 September. The time of installation is determined by the owner and not by the landlord.

Cancellation ist possible according to the general terms and conditions of the provider e-domizil AG .
20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
