With easy access to all the trending areas just a five or ten minute minute walk away, this home is perfect for friends and family looking to get the most out of what London has to offer.

This two-bed has been fantastically renovated with a modern minimalist style featuring a modern interior and an industrial design. Bright, airy, functional - it's the perfect spot for a group of travellers or professionals looking to get access to all the best London has to offer. The open plan living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a sofa and armchairs for you to cosy up on and a large dining table which can comfortably seat 6 people. The ground floor reception feeds directly into the kitchen, which is equipped with high-spec amenities and is ready for you to cook up a storm. To top it off, the living room and kitchen area benefits from large roof lights which floods the home with lots of natural light. Both bedrooms have a large double bed, and maintain this modern minimalist vibe and can sleep two each. There is a stunning newly redesigned shower room which features a modern look and exposed brick walls. The home maintains an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down in the cosy bedrooms.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

In the heart of East London, you’ll be moments away from some of London’s trendiest spots. From the street markets of Spitalfields, to the indie vinyl shops of Shoreditch, you’ll be in the heart of the “it” area of London. With Whitechapel and Shoreditch a short walk away, you’ll be close to a variety of shops and stalls, as well as Mile End park.

London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. The home sits closest to Shoreditch High Street and Bethnal Green overground stations as well as the Bethnal Green tube station (Central Line). You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.

The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour
