Located 15 minutes from the beaches, in a village in the maritime Corbières and the Regional Natural Park of Narbonnaise, this cottage is on one level and opens onto an explosive south-facing terrace. The cottage is located on the ground floor of the owners' house, in a small housing development. The village is situated 10 kilometers from the Mediterranean beaches, in a quiet environment.

From the cottage, you can enjoy numerous hiking or mountain biking trails. Between Narbonne and Perpignan, it is the starting point for many visits. The owners, winemakers and enthusiasts of the vine and wine, can advise you on the best walks.

The cottage is on one level, comprising a living room with equipped kitchen, opening onto the terrace shaded by a pergola, facing south, 3 bedrooms each with private shower room and toilet, with 4 beds at 80 cm that can be pushed together and 1 bed at 140 cm. One of the bedrooms is adapted to standards for people with disabilities.

Outside: garden furniture (deckchairs) and barbecue. Parking on the property. Reversible air conditioning in the living room.
