This beautiful house opens onto an enclosed garden with trees of about 60 m², located in a small village in the Corbières maritimes, 30 km from the Mediterranean beaches. On the road to the Cathar country, whether you are a nature or culture lover, you will find what you are looking for. Many historical sites, such as the castle of Aguilar or the Abbey of Fontfroide are to be discovered, as well as many marked out circuits of VTT and pedestrian excursions at the beginning of the gîte. The town of Narbonne is 36 kms away and Perpignan 40 kms. You will find the first shops in Durban, only 7 kms from the village.

Concerning the gîte, it is fitted out in a village house on 3 levels, in a rustic and warm decoration: On the garden level: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 90 and 1 bed 140, shower room, WC. On the first floor: large living room with wood stove (wood included), kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 cm) with adjoining WC with washbasins. On the second floor: mezzanine open on the living room including the TV-DVD corner, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed for 2 people, a shower room, WC. Outside, garden furniture with barbecue available.

There is no private car park but the village car park is nearby and you can unload your belongings in front of the house. During the winter period, a 2KW fee is included in the services per day and per person. Beyond that, you will be asked to pay a fee. Do not hesitate to ask your host.
