Property nestling among the vines in a charming little village in the heart of Cathar country. The owners welcome you in a calm and serene setting, and there are plenty of sites to visit nearby, including the medieval cities of Carcassonne, Mirepoix and Rennes le Château and its legendary treasure. You can also discover the castles of the Cathar sites, such as Montségur, Puivert and Foix, the residence of Gaston Phœbus. There's a lovely view of the Pyrenees, as well as the little chapel of Sainte Barbe de Villelongue.

On site, you will enjoy 4000 m² of wooded grounds with a barbecue and plancha, a sheltered terrace for meals, and a private swimming pool (size: 10 x 4, secured by an alarm, open from June to the end of October). Carport for one car.

Gîte on the first floor comprising: veranda, fully-equipped kitchen, lounge, shower room with WC, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 pull-out single beds (80cm). Air conditioning. There are several local shops in the village (bar, restaurant, pizzeria, bakery, mini-market). The Monts d'Olmes ski resort is 40 minutes away. The owner has also provided a kennel with all the necessary comforts for your dog, right next to the gite, if required and as an optional extra (€50/week). Don't hesitate to ask the owner for advice, and he'll be happy to give you his best addresses for outings and walks to ensure you have an unforgettable holiday.
