In an environment of vineyards on the hillsides of the Blanquette de Limoux appellation, a very independent gîte, fitted out on a property. 7 km away, the Limoux Carnival takes place every weekend from January to March. Only 27 km from Carcassonne and its famous city, you can explore the sites of the Cathar Country. Without forgetting the practice of white water sports in the high valley of the Aude or hiking on the many marked trails all around the village. You will stay in a natural environment with superb views of the surrounding vineyards. Terrace with garden furniture and plancha in front of the door, private swimming pool (12X6) with sun loungers. Single storey gîte comprising a living room with kitchen opening onto the terrace, 2 bedrooms 1 double bed and 2 single beds, each with private shower room and wc. Adjoining the gîte a second adjoining accommodation, but not communicating from the inside, with living room, kitchen, 1 amber bedroom with 1 160 bed and private shower room and wc. The rental is done only for the whole property. Private parking in front of the door.
