Isolated gîte in a preserved valley, 200m from the owners' farm, in the Corbières Cathares. Large terrace of 50m2, overlooking a valley at the bottom of which flows a stream, in the middle of the wild scrubland. It allows you to observe birds (Natura 2000 site with the presence of eagles, vultures, bee-eaters, gypaedres, hoopoes ...). ) and wild animals (wild boar, deer, foxes,...) or simply to relax and recharge your batteries. Independent gite 15km from Lagrasse, one of the most beautiful villages in France, on the edge of a goat and hen breeding farm, in the heart of the Corbières in a preserved environment of open nature, between holm oaks and pine forests. You have a closed space of 1700m², a large terrace on 3 sides of the gite, facing the wild landscapes of this preserved territory (Natura 2000 zone). Barbecue next to the terrace equipped with garden furniture. The surroundings are criss-crossed by walking paths, including the 'Sculptured Path' and the small winding roads in the surroundings, ideal for cycling or mountain biking. Private visit of the farm of Carrus offered to the tenants as well as a seasonal basket (eggs, cheeses,...). Shops at 20mn, Carcassonne and the many sites of the Cathar country at about 45h. The sea is at 1h. Gite type chalet with beautiful roof in old tiles including : living room with kitchen opening onto the terrace, low mezzanine for children with 2 beds 90, 2 bedrooms, 1 with toilet WC, 2 beds 140, shower room with a toilet. Electric heating and air-conditioning in the living room, cleaning and sheets in option. Parking in front of the gite.
